    Accounting Manager - The Accounting Manager leads the end of the month process including accounts’ reconciliation and preparing financial reports utilizing Sage Intacct. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable Specialist and Grants Accountant Supervisor. invoicing accounts reconciliation, applying cash, assisting
    the Director of Finance on critical finance and accounting activities according to GAAP including compiling, analyzing, and reporting accounting data, annual audit and information requirement for tax filings.

    Accounts Payable Specialist - The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for contributing to the effective functioning of the Finance and newly formed Accounting department. In the area of Accounting, this role secures accurate and timely payments to vendors and employees, performs account reconciliations, assigns grants to payments, and works on other projects as assigned.

    SENIOR Staff Attorney (Immigrants’ Rights) - This Senior Staff Attorney will represent noncitizens in removal proceedings as well as affirmative applications for immigration relief before USCIS. Centro’s Immigrant Rights team represents non-citizens in a broad range of matters, including humanitarian relief such as asylum, SIJS, U and T visas, for unaccompanied
    minors as well as individual adults and migrant families; DACA petitions; family based immigration processes; and naturalization applications. 

    Supervising Attorney, (Securing Safety for Youth and Families, Immigrants’ Rights) - Centro Legal is seeking a supervising attorneys to join our Security Safety for Youth and Families team within our Immigrants’ Rights practice

    Staff Attorney (Immigrants’ Rights) - This staff attorney will represent noncitizens in removal proceedings as well as affirmative applications for immigration relief before USCIS, including humanitarian relief such as asylum, U and T visas; DACA petitions; family based immigration; and naturalization applications. The ideal candidate is an immigration attorney who believes immigrant rights are human rights and who is committed to advancing social justice through the provision of immigration legal services.

    Tenants’ Rights Co-Directing Attorney - Our Tenants’ Rights Practice works to stop displacement and stabilize our communities through eviction defense, drop-in legal clinics, affirmative litigation, administrative hearings before rent boards, know-your-rights presentations and an array of community outreach, and policy initiatives. We are seeking an experienced attorney who will bring leadership and innovation to our fearless and dynamic team of Tenants’ Rights advocates.

    The incumbent independently handles a full range of health care legal matters and projects, to include those which hold substantial importance and impact, with an emphasis on health care regulatory analysis and transactional matters for UCI Health.  Coordinates and liaises between the Medical Center, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy, Program in Public Health, and the Office of General Counsel concerning the needs and requirements of these units pertaining to legal matters.  Will report administratively to the Health Sciences Principal Counsel and the Chief Health Sciences Counsel, and as a member of the Office of Campus Counsel, to the Chief Campus Counsel, UC Irvine and, as a member of the Office of General Counsel, to the Deputy General Counsel for Health Affairs as to the substance of legal services and advice.  Incumbent has responsibility to facilitate the objectives of UCI Health by providing timely and effective legal support to each of these functions, as well as ensuring UCI Health minimizes potential legal exposure and legal risk.  May provide functional advice, training and / or guidance to less-experienced attorneys. May act as a liaison with outside counsel, and / or represent the University in litigation.

    The Eviction Defense Pro Bono Coordinator has primary responsibility for utilizing pro bono partnerships to support and expand ICLC’s eviction defense work. They will utilize their own knowledge of and experience with unlawful detainer cases to bring pro bono partners on board and support their representation.
