Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Paralegal to join a highly respected practice handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. What You'll Do:
- Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Review, analyze, and resolve title and survey issues
- Coordinate and prepare closing documents, including post-closing requirements
- Review and interpret purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate documents
- Draft transaction documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
- Work directly with attorneys, clients, title companies, and lenders to keep transactions moving efficiently
- Handle multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Candidates Should Have:
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience
- Strong experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and closings
- Excellent title and survey review skills
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice
