Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate key commercial real estate transaction documents, including:

- Leasing agreements for retail, office, and industrial properties
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Title review
- Real estate-secured loans, loan modifications, and workout
  documents

• Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal counsel and transactional support
