Focus Law is seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join its Orange County business litigation firm. This is a trial-focused role for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of cases, lead litigation strategy, and work directly with business owners on complex, high-stakes disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of business litigation experience, preferably with business, commercial, partnership/shareholder, or employment litigation matters. First-chair or meaningful trial experience is strongly preferred. 

Focus Law offers a high level of autonomy, meaningful client-facing work, and a collaborative environment where attorneys are trusted to manage their workload and drive results.

Location: Anaheim Hills, CA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid; initial 3–6 months primarily in-office for onboarding

Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 base DOE + performance-based bonus opportunity
