Manning Kass is a national civil litigation defense firm that stands out from the rest—every case and client matters. This position is a full-time litigation paralegal for our Governmental Entity Liability Team. We are seeking a person with 3-5+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The team focuses on law enforcement and public entity defense. This specialized Team is known for representing public entities in a variety of cases, including dangerous condition claims and law enforcement officer liability matters. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and is proactive. 

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, summarizing case documents, managing discovery and subpoenas, preparation of trial binders and exhibits, and maintaining case files with attention to deadlines.

Qualifications:  

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience. 
• Paralegal certification from an ABA approved school. 
• Trial experience preferred. 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines.

Location: Los Angeles.

Annual salary with benefits: $70,000 - $102,000.
