This is a rare opportunity to work on challenging and impactful litigation matters involving transportation (automotive and trucking cases), catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Our cases have both factual and legal complexities.

 As an attorney on the Complex Team, you will work alongside seasoned litigators and industry-leading partners, engaging in every stage of litigation—from strategy development and discovery to mediation, arbitration, and trial. We are seeking a driven, intellectually curious attorney eager to make a difference for our clients while advancing their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Comfortable managing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery, attending court hearings, and taking and defending depositions.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactively communicates with clients and provides updates throughout the course of litigation.

Qualifications:  A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is from an accredited law school, an active California Bar membership in good standing, and at least two years of civil litigation experience preferred.

Locations (California): Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Francisco, and San Diego.

Annual salary with benefits: $125,000 - $185,000, plus bonus.
