The Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips is seeking associates with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join its established practice. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.
Ideal candidates will have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, writing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment are essential. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who works effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in California and hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on complex wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters for a wide range of clients, while taking on meaningful responsibility.
Ideal candidates will have experience litigating wage and hour claims and employment discrimination and harassment matters, including class and collective actions and PAGA cases.
