James Yang is a principal partner at Stetina Brunda Garred and Brucker where his practice focuses on advising clients in effectively protecting and profiting from their inventions (via patents), trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He graduated within the top 15% of his class at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and received the CALI Excellence For The Future Award in contracts.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.
