Cherrie I. Tsai is the Corporate Counsel for Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: KALU) headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California. She specializes in corporate and securities law.  Ms. Tsai received her juris doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and her bachelor of art degree in Criminology, Law and Society from University of California, Irvine. She has been a member of the OCAABA board of directors since 2006 and is being installed as the 2009 President. Ms. Tsai has also served on the board of the Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar Association from January 2005 to December 2006.
