Benjamin S. Lin, an intellectual property associate in the Irvine office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, focuses on complex patent infringement litigation in federal courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Science from the University of California at Berkeley and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School. Before moving to Orange County from Los Angeles, Benjamin served on the Board of Governors of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (SCCLA), one of the most active minority bar associations in the country. He looks forward to bringing his community service experience and leadership skills in serving on the board this year.
